It might sound like religion, but when the fate of the nation and the lives of the soldiers who defend it, it is based on doctrine. These are the gurus who develop doctrine. Since the high intensity fighting is over in Iraq and now it is low intensity operations and nation building, the one real deciding factors is now logistics. This is how logistics is being done.
